The card in the phone. The unhappy review, called back.
Points, tiers and stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Email and SMS campaigns, with consent checked. And customer reviews sorted: the happy ones get published, the unhappy ones enter a queue to call back.
Loyalty
Points, tiers, rewards, stamp cards. The card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, read by the barcode scanner.
Campaigns and promotions
A calendar, email and SMS campaigns, promotions applied on their own at the till and online.
Customer reviews
The happy ones published, the unhappy ones in a queue to call back, with the comment and the name.
Links and QR codes
A QR code on the counter, a link in the Instagram bio. Traffic and attribution: where customers come from.
Points, tiers, a card in Wallet.
The customer adds their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. At the till, the barcode scanner reads it and the points apply without the cashier touching anything. Tiers unlock rewards; the stamp card makes the tenth coffee free.
- Points and tiers: so many points per dollar, tiers that unlock rewards, applied to the ticket on their own.
- Stamp cards: one stamp per visit, the reward at the end. In Wallet, with no cardboard card.
- Option at $29 per location: open during the trial, limited to 200 customers and one stamp card.
Segments, sends, consent checked.
Your customer base is cut into segments from the directory: members not seen for a month, cake buyers, trade customers. Email goes out through Resend, SMS through Twilio.
- Email: 1,000 per month included. Option at $19 for 10,000, then $1 per 1,000. Transactional unlimited.
- SMS: $0.02 per segment. CASL consent checked, no marketing send between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
- Automations and library: a send triggered by an event, ready-made templates to reuse, goals to track.
Segments
From the directory: purchases, appointments, loyalty, trade customers.
1,000 per month included. Transactional unlimited.
SMS
$0.02 per segment. Never between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
Automations
One event, one send, one goal measured.
The unhappy customer is called back before writing on Google.
Full stars get published. Missing stars enter a queue: someone calls back, listens, takes notes, and closes the case.
The ask
After the purchase or the appointment, an email or an SMS asks for a review. With consent, and never at night.
The sorting
The happy ones get published. The unhappy ones go into the “to call back” queue, with the comment and the customer’s name.
The call back
A person calls back, notes what was said, fixes the problem or not, and closes. Nothing stays in the queue unanswered.
The promotion applies everywhere you sell.
Point of sale
Promotions, gift cards and points applied on their own. The card read by the barcode scanner. The customer display on a tablet.

How much does loyalty cost?
$29 per month per location, as an option. During the 30-day trial it is open without the option, limited to 200 customers and one stamp card, so you can test it with real customers before deciding.
How many emails can I send?
1,000 marketing emails per month are included. The Marketing emails option, at $19 per month, gives 10,000, then $1 per 1,000. Transactional emails, receipts and reminders, are unlimited either way.
And SMS?
$0.02 per segment, sent through Twilio. CASL consent is checked before every send, and no marketing SMS goes out between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
What does the queue of unhappy customers do?
A two-star review does not go to Google: it enters the “to call back” queue, with the customer’s name and their comment. Someone calls them back, notes what was said, and closes the case. Happy reviews get published.
Does the card work without an app?
Yes. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no Yoseri app to install. At the till, the barcode scanner reads it and the points apply to the ticket on their own, like promotions and gift cards.
Your loyalty card in Wallet, this week.
Loyalty open during the trial, 200 customers and one stamp card to test it. Thirty days, no credit card.
