The incident log starts at launch.
While only the demos and the waiting list are open, no real business is at stake. From launch, every incident will be written here in full: what happened, who was affected, and what changed so it does not happen again.
An email for every incident.
Write to support@yoseri.com with “Business service status” as the subject. You will get one message when the incident opens and one when it is resolved, nothing else.
