One shop or several, the same stock in front of you.
The catalogue and its options, stock per shop with transfers, receiving scanned with the camera, the register with a barcode scanner, gift cards and loyalty in the Wallet. Then the online page and the reports, without re-entering a thing.
Catalogue and options
Size, scent, format: options per product. CSV import, or straight from your supplier invoices.
Stock per shop
On-hand and available stock per address, transfers between shops, stock-out forecasts.
Scanned receiving
The EAN barcode read with the camera, with the lot and expiry date. Three-way matching.
Gift cards and loyalty
Sold online or at the counter. Points, stamp cards, a card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Each shop has its own, and transfers tie them together.
On-hand stock counts what is there; available stock takes out what is already reserved. Transfers between shops are recorded as one movement, not as an exit and an entry to re-enter.
- Periodic stock counts: counting sessions per shop, then a validation, by whoever has the “adjust stock” capability.
- Automatic ordering computed on sales, quotes and stock, emailed to the supplier as a purchase order.
- Purchase prices come from imported invoices. They are masked for anyone without the “see the numbers” capability.
The scanner reads the card, the server computes the ticket.
At the counter, the customer’s loyalty card is read with a barcode scanner. Promotions, gift cards and points apply on their own. The server recomputes every ticket, the terminal reads the bank card.
- Refunds, full or partial, across several payment methods, with the return to the card through the terminal.
- Receipt by email or SMS, duplicate kept on file. Drawer opened by the printer.
- Z closings in a chained, tamper-proof fiscal ledger, with opening float, cash-outs with a reason and a signed variance.

Click & collect
The customer picks a time slot and pays online. The order lands in the “to handle” queue.

Marketing and loyaltyReviews and customers
Customer reviews with the queue of unhappy ones to call back, segments, email and SMS campaigns.
See customersThe Sites screen compares the shops, taxes follow the address.
Each shop has its tax profile: jurisdiction, categories, components. An address in Ontario and one in Québec do not file the same thing. The dashboard shows each site’s sales side by side.
- A manager limited to their shops: they see their stock, their team, their sales, not the others’.
- Reports per shop: revenue, top products, waste by reason, compared with the previous period.
Corner store, grocery, florist: the trade’s moves, already there.
At sign-up, your trade opens the right apps and the right dashboard: the corner store sees today’s sales and its fridges, the grocery its waste and producers, the florist its orders for later.
A till that knows Québec’s rules.
GST and QST computed item by item, bread and milk tax-exempt, container deposits added on their own, ID requested for beer, tobacco and lottery.
- Age check: the till shows the cut-off birth date, and the ticket records who checked the ID.
- Deposits added on their own, outside taxes and outside revenue; container returns in one tap.
- Lottery sold on behalf of the lottery corporation: outside taxes, outside revenue, shown on the Z.
- Beer and tobacco ordered online: paid at pickup, ID in hand.
- Blind close: the cashier counts, the manager compares.

Retail has no MEV-WEB requirement. We say the rest too.
In Québec, the requirement for a MEV-WEB certified system covers dine-in food service and caterers, not retail shops. Your Z closings still go into a ledger chained by SHA-256, with a signed archive every month and every year.
Questions from retailers
How do I bring in my catalogue?
Through a CSV import of your items, or by importing your supplier invoices as PDF, photo or CSV: each invoice creates the items and the supplier that are missing. Product options are set afterwards.
Can I track stock across several shops?
Yes. Each shop has its on-hand stock and its available stock, with transfers between shops and stock-out forecasts. Two locations are included in Yoseri Business, then $29 each.
How does a stock count work?
Through counting sessions, shop by shop, then a validation. Correcting a quantity or validating a count requires the “adjust stock” capability, checked by the server.
Does a retail shop need a MEV-WEB certified system?
No. In Québec, that requirement covers restaurants, bars and cafés with on-site dining, and caterers. Retail shops are not covered. Your Z closings still go into a chained, tamper-proof fiscal ledger.
