A fast counter

The server recomputes every ticket. “Often bought with” suggestions, sales on hold, receipt by email or SMS, customer display on a tablet.

The tip on the terminal

Offered at the register or left on the terminal. It joins the day’s pool, split prorated by clocked hours.

Loyalty in the Wallet

Points, tiers, rewards, stamp cards. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and is read with a scanner.

At the table, by QR

One QR code per table to order from your seat, an on-site waitlist, and an online page for click & collect.

In Québec, a café with on-site dining must use a MEV-WEB certified system. Yoseri does not have this certification yet. A café that sells take-out is not covered by this requirement.

Size, milk, syrup: the “café” template in one click.

Every drink carries its options and their extras. The “café” template sets them across the whole menu at once, and you adjust what is specific to you. At the counter, three taps are enough, and the ticket is right.

  • The server recomputes the ticket with the extras, the promotions and the points. The screen never sends a total.
  • The slip goes to the bar: a kitchen screen or a printed slip per station, so the drink is made in order.

Questions from cafés

Can I use Yoseri for a café with tables in Québec?

Not yet for on-site dining: in Québec, it requires a MEV-WEB certified system, and Yoseri does not have this certification yet. A café that sells take-out is not covered. If your tables matter, write to us before signing up: support@yoseri.com.

How do product options work?

Which terminal do I need for a fast counter?

Tap to Pay turns a phone or tablet into a terminal, with the native app. Otherwise, Stripe Terminal with Interac, Square Terminal, Clover or Moneris Go connect in a few minutes.

Does stock really follow every cup?

Yes, when the drink has its recipe: every ingredient sold is deducted, stock updates and the supplier order is recalculated the same evening.
