From the quote accepted online to the invoice paid by link.
The pipeline, quotes accepted in one link, projects with their tasks and timesheets, documents signed electronically, invoices and recurring ones. And the equipment, the vehicles, the appointments.
Pipeline and quotes
Deal kanban, contacts, activities, sequences. The quote is accepted online, with no customer account.
Projects and time
Calendar, tasks, projects, timesheets and documents, in the same place as the original quote.
Electronic signatures
Sending, reminders, a /signer page for the customer, a seal, public verification on /signature/verifier.
Invoices and recurring
Payable by link, the money in your account through Stripe Connect. Monthly recurring, “invoices to send”, payables.
The quote goes out, the customer accepts, the pipeline moves.
Every deal has its column in the kanban. The quote is sent by link; the customer reads it and accepts it online. Sequences follow up, commissions are computed per person.
- Trade customers: discount, negotiated prices, standing orders by weekday, automatic invoices.
- Sales reports per team and per person, amounts masked for anyone without the “see the numbers” capability.
/devis/
One link, no account. The customer accepts, the console knows.
Kanban pipeline
Contacts, activities, sequences, sales teams, commissions.
The project, its tasks, and the hours that go into it.
The job site or the engagement becomes a project: a calendar, tasks, documents, and everyone’s timesheets.
- Electronic signatures: contract, acceptance report, amendment. Sending, automatic reminders, a seal on the signed document.
- Public verification: a /signature/verifier page readable by the customer or a third party, without access to the console.
- Expense claims filed by the team, approved by someone else, never by yourself.
The invoice follows the quote, and the payment follows the link.
Invoices and recurring ones, payables, bank through Plaid or statement import, six-month forecast. The GST/HST and QST return fills in line by line following the Revenu Québec forms.
The tools, their maintenance, and the van.
Every tool or machine has its record, its maintenance and due dates, its repair shop. Delivery vehicles too.
- Maintenance due dates in the dashboard’s “to handle” queue, with everything else.
- Purchase requests approved by someone else, purchase order emailed to the supplier.
Appointments on a link, the health file under lock.
A clinic takes its appointments on /reserver/
- Health file protected by the “see health files” capability, never inferred from a role. The owner has it; others only if it is given to them.
- Every lookup logged, as Law 25 requires. The Law 25 and GDPR screens are in Settings.
A verifiable ledger, not a rubber stamp.
We write “certified” nowhere, and we say what is missing.
France
Electronic invoicing has been mandatory since September 1, 2026. Yoseri is not connected to any accredited platform.
United States
No state tax engine. Each location’s tax profile is set by hand.
Trade customer portal
In preparation. We say it as it is.
Questions from trades and services
How does a customer accept a quote?
They get a /devis/
Does the electronic signature hold up?
Every signed document gets a seal and a public verification page, /signature/verifier, which your customer or a third party can check without access to the console. We do not write “certified”: we give you the proof.
Can I invoice every month without thinking about it?
Yes. Recurring invoices go out on their own, payable by link through Stripe Connect, with the money landing directly in your account.
Can a clinic keep health records?
A customer’s health file (allergies, treatments) is protected by a dedicated capability, “see health files”, never inferred from a role. Every lookup is logged, as Law 25 requires.
