You create your company on admin.yoseri.com, pick your country and your industry, and the console opens the apps you need. The “First steps” checklist ticks itself off as the data comes in.

From sign-up, the dashboard shows the “First steps” checklist. Each box is ticked when the data exists, not when you click it.
1. Signing up
On admin.yoseri.com, a new, empty company. The country sets the tax profile, the time zone, the language of documents and the labour rules.
2. The industry
Bakery, café, restaurant, salon, retail, trades, services… Each sector opens its set of apps. The menu shows only those.
3. The profile and taxes
The company profile, then the GST and QST numbers. The shop’s tax profile follows the chosen jurisdiction.
4. The register and the catalogue
A register station, then the items by CSV import or from your supplier invoices. The terminal is connected from Settings.

Already have a list of items? Import it as CSV. Only have your suppliers’ invoices? Import them as PDF, photo or CSV: each one creates the items and the supplier that are missing, with the purchase price.

Invite each person with their role.
Thirteen ready-made roles: manager, cashier, accountant, head of production, read-only… or a custom role. The person gets their invitation; the console shows them only the screens of their role, and the server checks the sensitive actions.

A Standard account connected in one click, no secret key to copy. The money lands in your account.

Time clock, section station, kitchen screen, customer screen: each one is activated by a code, and never shows a price.

Questions about getting started
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up creates a new, empty company with a thirty-day trial and every app. At the end, you choose Yoseri Business or the Discovery plan, free with no time limit up to three employees. Trial data stays either way.
Can I try it without creating an account?
Yes, with the demo: fictional businesses at their real size. You get your own copy for 24 hours, and what you add is kept if you create your company afterwards.
What can I import?
The catalogue by CSV, and supplier invoices as PDF, photo or CSV, which create the items and the suppliers. CSV import of recipes and employees is not available yet.
What does guided onboarding include?
For $299, one time only: the import of your catalogue, suppliers and team, tax settings and a training session. It is not needed to get going; the “First steps” checklist already guides you.
What does the chosen country change?
The tax profile, the time zone, the language of documents and the labour rules. Canada (Québec by default), United States, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom. The console comes in French, English and Spanish.
